THIS IS TEMPO CHANGER

This device adds to our ever-growing list of MIDI activated devices, and we bring you the easiest way to control Tempo during a Launchpad performance. Some songs change BPM mid-song, either instantly or gradually, and this issue has never been addressed before in the Launchpad community. This device finally makes it possible to perform songs with alternate BPM values throughout.

This device features tempo change anywhere between 20 and 999 BPM as standard, as well as up to a 60s speed ramp, and 60s delay before initiating the tempo change. It can also be reset to a base level tempo using our Project Control plugin, to reset tempo using a button press from the Launchpad

This plugin is very simple to set up, you simply have to download this device, and drag it to the same place you’d place any other MIDI effect, and boom! It’ll be listening out for any MIDI input to change the BPM. This device can be put into chains and key filtered to ensure an exact BPM while playing certain notes.

No specific requirements for the file location. Tested and confirmed as functional with Ableton 10.1.30 and higher, and Max 8 (Lower versions should still work). Live 10 Suite or Trial is required to run this plugin.
